Hello !

Unfortunately I cannot write in german - but I understand a little.
I have maintained aquariums since many years, and in 1998 I started breeding Betta splendens for shows.
I am now very active in the hobby of Betta breeding.

With several other Betta breeders living in the french-speaking part of Switzerland, in 2000, we founded the Swiss Betta Club, of wich I am now president.

The types of Bettas I breed usually are yellow and bicolored Halfmoons and Plakats, also Doubletails. Sometimes other colors too.

Schön, dass du hierher gefunden hast! Deine Betta gefallen mir gut, obwohl ich persönlich die langflossigen CT, VT und HM bevorzuge. Ich hoffe natürlich, dich und tolle Fische wieder in Moudon anzutreffen.

Seit Kurzem gibt es auch endlich ein deutschschweizer Labyrintherforum. Wäre toll, wenn du dich dort auch anmelden würdest. Und immer schön Werbung dafür machen im Welschland ;-)

As president of the Swiss Betta Club, and on behalf of our members, I would like to tell you about our upcoming exhibition.

Our club will be hosting our 8th annual international Betta show, wich is an exhibition as well as a contest for show-type Bettas, like Halfmoons, Crowntails and Plakats.

We are expecting 200-250 Betta splendens entered in the show by 20-25 breeders from France, Germany, Switzerland, Indonesia and other countries.
